Strengthening yoga routine for upper body with Rachel Roy
Today, local yoga instructor Rachel takes us through a 30-minute strengthening and opening routine for your shoulders, neck, arms and wrists.
Whether you do lots of cycling or you're hunched over a computer most days, this sequence will release tension in the upper body. Freeing of shoulders and neck, opening up the the arms and wrists - preventing injuries so that you can cycle at your leisure! Props needed: Block
