World famous Hallé orchestra to celebrate the story of the most famous wizard in the world in Sheffield’s City Hall

Sheffield’s City Hall has announced Hallé, one of the world’s most famous orchestras, will play a concert celebrating the music of Harry Potter next summer.


Conducted by Stephen Bell, the orchestra will bring to life the music of composers John Williams, Patrick Doyle, Nicholas Hooper and Alexandre Desplat, on 16 June.



The concert will include scores from Hedwig’s Theme to Quidditch, Dobby the House Elf and Aunt Marge’s Waltz to The Death of Cedric, The Weasley Stomp and Lily’s Theme.


Tickets are available online, through the ticket hotline on 0114 2 789 789 and in person at the Sheffield City Hall Box Office, priced from £29.68 (including booking fee).
