Today, Rachel shares a block supported sequence, to repair muscles after your run. Stretching out the quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and Achilles. Finish off with a supine twist and allow the nervous system to restore a sense of calm back to body. Practice this sequence straight after your daily run to hydrate the tissues within. Namaste!
