Paul Harrison, a serial killer profiling expert, is heading to the historic Sheffield club to give his ‘eye opening’ talk

Retired police officer and serial killer profiling expert Paul Harrison is bringing his series of talks, ‘Interviews with a Serial killer’ to Sheffield’s Leadmill on 23 October.

Paul is one of the first British police officers to work with the FBI Behavioural Science Unit in Quantico, Virginia, and he has spent almost four decades, interacting with, researching, analysing and profiling many of the world’s most violent murderers and serial killers.

His talk will highlight some of Britain and the UK’s most terrifying killers, where you will hear what drove Robert Maudsley, the UK’s real life Hannibal Lechter, to kill, and why he’s kept in an ‘all glass’ cell, how Pogo the serial killer clown was created and Joe Metheny’s weird secret, as well as many more stories from the darker side of humanity.

Tickets are priced at £16.50 including booking fee, and are available from the Leadmill’s website. Doors are at 7pm and the talk begins at 7.30pm.
