'Chubster' Hal Cruttenden
The ‘chubster’ comedian has extended his UK-tour to take in Sheffield
Back by popular demand, British comedian Hal Cruttenden has extended his UK tour with 22 extra dates, including a night at The Leadmill this month.
Hal is back in the city on January 19 and brings with him his highly-rated show entitled Chubster, named after the comedian asked his teenage daughters what title would best sum him up.
Hal is now back on the ‘5:2 diet’ and onstage in a show that not only touches on his regular moans of being a middle-aged, middle class father of ‘fat-shaming’ teenagers but also introduces his audience to new problems such as his struggles with IQ tests, political zealots and the trauma of supporting the England rugby team.
The London stand-up has filled our screens recently with appearances on Have I Got News For You, The Apprentice: You're Fired, Bake Off: Extra Slice, and Live at the Apollo.
His last tour, Straight Outta Cruttenden, in 2015/16 was extended three times and sold over 40,000 tickets and received rave reviews.
Tickets for his new show are on sale here for £14.
