Get into the hips

Local yoga instructor Rachel takes us through a 30-minute workout to improve your flexibility.

This routine is super beneficial after your usual workout or cycle ride. Stretch whilst your muscles are warm, lengthening and improving the flexibility of your hips. Practice daily to see long-term benefits. Props needed: Blanket or towel.
