If your feeling a little tight from a busy day, this gentle flow will help you loosen up. Stretching through with easy forward folds, lunges, side stretches and chest openers. Finishing with relaxing stretches for the neck, working through the spine with subtle yet effective thoracic twists. Unwind and supple up. Props needed: Two blocks
