Yoga instructor Rachel has a 40-minute workout to help ease tension.
If you particularly suffer with tension in your lower back it maybe that you need to loosen off the lower kinetic muscles, so the hips and hamstrings, maybe even the piriformis muscle.
This gentle Hatha class will help loosen these areas, creating more space for the back to relax. If you spend lots of time seated these muscles become short and tight. This practice could be done daily to reap the true benefits. This is a level 1/2 class.
