Today, yoga instructor Rachel Roy takes us through a core conditioning routine.

Today, local yoga instructor Rachel Roy takes us through a quick and gentle sequence, designed to fire up the core and strengthen the front and back muscles with leg and hip lifts. Stay in supported bridge for as long as you wish. Suitable for level 1 beginners. Props suggested: Block or blankets for supported bridge.


Contraindications: Lower back injuries. Know your body’s limits. Play the video first before attempting the sequence.
