Catfish and the Bottlemen reveal ‘intimate’ Sheffield gigPosted by: Ashley Birch
One of the UK’s biggest bands will play an exclusively set for Radio X at Sheffield’s O2 Academy
Catfish and the Bottlemen have announced they are to play a rare intimate gig exclusively for Radio X at Sheffield’s O2 Academy on Monday 15 August.
The lads were last in Sheffield as recently as May for a sold out Arena show, following the release of their long-awaited third album ‘The Balance’ which entered the UK album charts at no.2 after dropping the massive comeback single ‘Longshot’.
The platinum-selling group regularly play to audiences of tens of thousands and following a string of nationwide sell out shows, summer festival headline dates and international appearances, they’ll perform for just 2000 fans at this exclusive Radio X Presents gig.
A limited number of tickets will be available to Radio X Access All Areas subscribers via an exclusive pre-sale from tomorrow – Tuesday 9 July at 9am. Registration closes at 6pm this evening (8 July), so you’ll have to be quick!
Tickets go on general sale on Thursday 11 July at 9am through the Radio X website.
