Josephine Dellow has teamed up with The Better Together Project and taken over the Winter Gardens Pop Up Shop

Independent Illustrator Josephine Dellow is taking over the Winter Gardens Pop Up Shop this week, showcasing her range of Sheffield inspired illustrated prints and gifts.

Josephine has teamed up with The Better Together Project, a small community group set up to combat loneliness providing a safe environment for people to come together, have fun and make new friends.

In support of the project, Josephine will be running free workshops for the Sheffield Christmas Card Project throughout the week. The general public are invited to make and send a card to someone who may be spending Christmas alone.

Josephine said: “I come from a big family so I’ve always had lots of people around me at Christmas and it makes me sad to think of people who may be alone. I wanted to create the chance for someone to make a card for a total stranger who might be lonely this Christmas.

“I’m happy to use this opportunity to create something unique with the Sheffield community and do good for others. It has been very touching to see people come specially to make a card or stop as they’re passing.”
