'Nehmann’ is set to take over the award-winning cocktail bar’s kitchen throughout the whole of August
Public, the subterranean cocktail bar which has already garnered a multitude of awards including Class Awards ‘Bar food menu of the year’, has invited Drew Snaith and his brand ‘Nehmann’ to take over its kitchen throughout August.
After a successful takeover at ‘Fin and Bone’ in Cutlery Works, we’re told Drew will be serving up his unique interpretation of Public’s menu, with an array of small plates, and items on toast.
Public’s bar manager Jack Wakelin said: “I'm super excited to welcome Drew to the kitchen, big fan of his food and his interpretation of our menu looks brilliant. We love these collaborations with local business' its a huge part of Public's genesis and it's a pleasure to add Drew to that list. I'm sure everyone will love it."
The takeover will be running every Wednesday to Saturday throughout the month and to book a table, head to Public’s website and click ‘Book a Table’.
The event will act as a precursor to Nehmann's plans for their very own restaurant, and for more details of those developments keep checking back with VIBE in the coming months.
