A huge screen will be parked on Millshouses Park for some family fun this summer holidays

Prepare your little lions and lionesses, wannabe wizards & junior Jedis for a trio of family open air movie screenings in Millhouses Park this August.

The people who brought the world cup festival Kickov to Abbeydale Picture House are now bringing classic family films Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (16 August), The Lion King (15 August) and Star Wars - The Last Jedi (17 August) to the Sheffield Park.

The events will host craft bars with food and snacks from street food traders, as well as special Jedi and Sith performances and workshops at the Start Wars screening and special kids activities at the Lion King showing.

Tickets are priced at £9 (including booking fee) for kids, and £11 for adults. A family ticket, which gives entry for two adults and two kids, is available for £35. A special VIP ticket, offering prosecco, popcorn and a deck chair is £16.50.

More info and links to tickets are available at the events Facebook page here.
