A Doncaster based group of nursing homes Trust Care Ltd, is celebrating after achieving an overall score of 97% on its recent customer satisfaction survey.
As the company remains committed to driving forward the business, the care of all its residents and to achieving the highest standards, it conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey at all its seven homes where residents, friends and family are asked to give constructive feedback.
“We have been delighted with the hugely positive feedback we have had from our last customer satisfaction survey conducted at all of our homes,” commented Andrew Savage, Managing Director of Trust Care Ltd. “We think it is imperative to gain this feedback to ensure we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of not only the local authorities but our residents and their families. We are extremely passionate about providing only the highest standard of care within our homes through our management practices and training through to the interior design and locally sourced produce for our home cooked meals and are pleased that this has been acknowledged by our residents and their relatives.”
98% of respondents stated that the care given at each of the Trust Care homes was good or excellent whilst 92% said the environment in which residents live was good or excellent. Combining the results for responses made about catering, activities and management has meant that 97% of respondents rated the company’s overall performance as good or excellent.
Andrew concluded: “Receiving comments such as, “Oaklands is a very happy place to live”, really has made the entire team very proud and determined to continue making our homes a home in every sense of the word.”
