The Retford-based martial arts academy is offering online classes to keep families active whilst at home.

Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy are offering free of charge martial arts and leadership classes, which can be viewed live online. They aim to help children and families stay active and positive whilst in lockdown. Follow the steps below to access the classes:

 

1.) Visit their website and complete their online form to enrol.

 

2.) Create a Facebook account, if you don't already have one. For parents of young children, use your own profile.#

 

3.) On Facebook, join the group best suited to you.

 

For ages 3 to 4, search for the group "Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy / Ninja Tots are the Best"

 

For ages 4 and up, search for the group "Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy / Free Community Martial Arts Classes"

 

For relaxing, search for the group "Lynx Black Belt Leadership Academy / Tai Chi and Meditation"

 

4.) Ask to join the group and answer the questions. (You may have already been added to the group by the Academy - if so, just accept the invitiation.) You will then be accepted into the group and can join in with the live lessons.

 

"The Academy is our full-time career - we will go above and beyond to maintain and provide the highest standard of tuition and service," says Master Andrew Blinston. "We hope families will stay active, fit and healthy with us."
