Life is What You Make It – Parts 1 & 2

Born in Sheffield, life had its ‘ups and downs’ for Muriel and Pat.

At an early age they witnessed the illness and death of their Father, then the start of World War 2.

Their Mother always reminded them that ‘if you don’t work you don’t eat’ and ‘there is always someone worse off than you’. This is their story.
