Hampshire restaurateur David Wykes is joining the ranks of chefs and restaurants across the country who have enjoyed success with their very own cookbook.
David consulted specialist book publisher RMC Media and commissioned his first book, which is due out in mid-May 2018. The exact concept is being kept secret for now, but rumour has it that this will be a real eye-catcher.
David has been earning national acclaim for the food served at his restaurant, Verveine in Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire.
